Components identify civilians with a high level of performance, professionalism, and expertise for deployment assignments

Offers unique deployment opportunities for DoD civilians to support contingency operations development.
Provides 20 different professional education courses including Defense Resources Management; Data Analytics; Human Capital Resources Management; Risk Management; and other financial and resources management courses.
Target audience: Military (US and international, Active and Reserves) O-3 to O-6; Defense civilians GS-09 through GS-15 or equivalent; enlisted with bachelor’s degree E-7 to E-9; and individuals participating in accelerated career development programs.
Certification credits: CPEs and CETs granted for nearly all courses; graduate education credit for two courses upon passing tests.
Delivery method: Virtual, In residence, or PDI, by request on-site for commands.
